As for fresh food, you can't get fresher cooked food, as you just give them the raw ingredients, tell them what sauce you want, and they cook it for you on a huge griddle plate.

Yes, In chattanooga, tn. You can get one bowl or a never-ending bowl choice. You pick your protien, veggies, spices, sauce, and starch- then they cook it in fron of you!

It is a okay place. If you like to eat a lot and have your pick of the lot to have cooked it isn't too bad.

The Ghengis Grill is excellent. Very fresh food, and the chefs cook the food right in front of you with huge machete-looking things. Seriously! You pick your own meat and vegetables, then you pick your own spices and sauce. Don't go overboard or it might turn out bad. Maybe ask for some suggestions on your first time there. It's an excellent restaurant; I wish they had them where I live!
One more thing — it's a never-ending bowl of food. If you end up just getting one bowl, they discount your meal.
