Your question is kind of strange.
Mongol empire only controlled china for 80 years and with very limited inter marriage with chinese. They occupied some of the eastern european countries in the similar era, how they could have expanded the populaton as many as what your question implied in such short time ?
Roman empire didnt have so many descendents even after 600 years in power, how could mongol empire with less than 100 years occupation could have created the descendants in the world wide scale ?
Do you know mongol has less than 3 million population currently ?
