yes ,, in most countries it is perfectly legal if you got your parents acceptance and a valid Passport

yes but you need passports. Notorized letters from your parents saying it's okay to fly. and your parentys have to call the airline and tell them they need the unaccompanied minor program. Someone from the airline will stay with you at the airport until you board the plane and then someone will meet you when the plane lands and hand you off to whoever is pipcking you up.
