If you mean what modern-day countries were conquered, that I cannot give you as most of those countries did not yet exist in the era of Genghis Khan.
He conquered many tribal areas, khanates, fiefdoms, etc. across most of Asia.
"His descendants went on to stretch the Mongol Empire across most of Eurasia, conquering all of modern-day China and Mongolia, as well as substantial portions of modern Russia, southern Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East."
Note that it was his DESCENDANTS, not Genghis Khan himself, who conquered "most of Eurasia."

Temujin conquered the greater part of Eurasia and more territory than Alexander the Great !
