Do Native Americans/ Alaskan Natives have a common ancestor with modern day Asian people?
B.L. Alias asked:
When I say Asian people, meaning people from Japan, China, Mongolia, Cambodia, Laos, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma and other places of that region.

ireed somewhere on yahho that they have more connections with people of siberia you would have to look it up
Uh, not a single ancestor.
A few people from northeast came across and down to populate the Americas; most of their relatives stayed.
The people in Siberia who came over were distantly related to the people from the places you mention.
