I think Hitler had a bad rep because he was a madman who wanted to exterminate a whole Race. He did horrible experiments on the jewish children like trying to dye their eyes blue. He was a pagan that didnt believe in God. He had a dungeon where he would try to extract people's Vril, which is someones life essance, with torture. I think he has a bad rep because he was a really really bad person who was power hungry. I wouldnt say Bush is like him. Bush isnt as smart as he was. and all the other people you named dont have such a good rep either. Your question makes no since. you should take it down.

And Hitler never declared war on America, that was the Japanese bombing Peal Harbour that brought the US into the war in late 1941 (2 years after the beginning of WW2). Hitler would have much preferred America to keep out.
