Does anyone know of a good medieval adventure game with sexy women in it?

Doubtful.
Back in medieval times there weren't a whole lot of hotties back then. Remember, there was no Beverly Hills/cosmetics/plastic surgery/concept of fitness/heroin/cocaine back in those times. If You DO find a medieval adventure/rpg with sexy babes in it, it's because They're trying to sell medieval adventure/rpgs, not because They existed i.e steer clear of those. They're a waste of money.
Xena for the PS1. Grate game. Golden Axe. Conan.
I recommend Age of Conan. Armor for your female babe is not necessarily needed if you play Necromancer since your minions can do all your dirty work for you.
