You could have your father tested and that would confirm a likely relation to Genghis Khan. As a female, you cannot be tested because the other genes are all mixed up and could come from anyone. Y chromosomes and mitochondria are special in that they are not recombined or mixed up during meiosis. He didn't have any mitochondrial contribution and the other genes get all mixed up.
Bottom line is that I seriously doubt there are tests other than the Y chromosome and you don't have it being as you are female. The Y chromosome will certainly be his fathers.
First you'd have to find a confirmed sample of Genghis Khan's DNA. As his tomb is still hidden, it's doubtful there is some.
Given, he left offspring and they have descendants. Just deciding which have the most "pure" DNA is the question.
Perhaps a better question is "Why?" The Powhatan tribe in Virgina is the one Pocahontas belonged to. Their website (see below) has an FAQ for those that feel theyr are related to Pocahontas. Starting in 1600 and ending in 1950, they have 15 generations (25 years each) A person born in 1950 would have a 1/16384 relationship to Pocahontas. Genghis Khan died in 1227. That means 41 generations have passed. The amount of genetic material inherited from Genghis Khan would be minimal. At 20 generations it would be 1/542,288 of his DNA
