If Jesus was God, and God is the record holder for most sins ever, shouldn't Jesus have gone to hell?

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Jesus died so we can live.

*Jesus went to hell for 3 days so we didn't have to go to that place…

I think Jesus did go to hell…
but you know… came back.

Oh and Pyjamatop… I think you misunderstood. God takes away life, man only increases the chances of death happening.

Jesus did go to hell.
Act 2:31&32 kjv
31He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

32This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

God raised his Son from hell
Jesus was not God.

He went there. Read the Nicene creed. I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth:
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried:
He descended into hell;
The third day he rose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven,
And sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost;
The holy catholick Church;
The Communion of Saints;
The Forgiveness of sins;
The Resurrection of the body,
And the Life everlasting.
Amen.

Except that it's god that determines who goes to hell! Seriously, no where in the bible does it mention the Devil sending people to hell, only god! So he obviously gave himself a get out of jail free card!

Jesus is God. God does not sin. God has never murdered anyone. God created the Universe and God can do what He wants. who are we to tell God what to do?! does the pot say to the potter, why do you make me thus? do you understand what blasphemy is? it doesn't sound like it. by very definition of the word, it would be impossible for God to blaspheme.

try again and do your homework next time.

Jesus is God, not was God….and no he should not go to hell. Why? Because he never sinned, and he was not born with the sin nature you and I are born with. Sin is passed to all mankind through the male blood line. But Jesus blood line came straight from the Father God when He planted the seed in Mary. God nor Jesus murdered anyone. Man dies at the hands of other men, or because of acts of nature…and Satan is in control of the earth and all evil acts of nature. He is a murderer from the beginning..the Bible tells us that. Satan is the one who comes to kill steal and destroy. He influences mankind to sin and murder. A graven image is a man-made god that man makes to replace God. The universe is not manmade. It is God made. And God does not worship it either.
As for your last point, Jesus does not put Himself before God. He makes Himself equal with God, because He is God. Even God Himself recognized this, first at the Jordan River when John baptized Jesus and God spoke from heaven, "This is my beloved Son…" and later during the transfiguration on the mount with Peter James and John…and again God declares Jesus to be His Son. So there is no blasphemy here…
So no…Jesus should not have gone to hell because of His sin…however, He did go to Sheol, to take the righteous dead to heaven following his death and resurrection.
