Cat in the hat- martin short or jim Carrey
jojo-? i always thought he was a boy,no? is it a unisex role?
Horton: Jack Black
Gertrude: Drew or Amanda Seyfried
Mayzie- Amy Poehler
Sour Kangaroo: Whoopi or Queen latifah
General: Steve Carrell
Mr. Who- Jim Carrey?
Mrs. Who- Tina Fey

I know its not perfect, but id do anything for this musical to become a movie! Even if its animated. I like your cast though!
