The folks at UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service have been very helpful to me in this regard. If shipping REALLY large quantities, ask the above mentioned if they know of any independent freight services. As for the Mongolian Government, talk to someone at the Mongolian Embassy in Washington D.C.
