Is it true that about 70% of people of French, German, N. Italian, and Swiss ancestry are kin of Charlemagne?

I don't know how many, but there are quite a few
I'm French, German and Italian and I'm related to King Charlemagne from my Dads side
All Europeans are closely interrelated–they ALL descend from only 9 women and even less men. So undoubtably you are related to a king or queen somewhere along the line!
I share a common female ancestor (probably way back in the stone age!) with the Romanovs and a large number of European royals of the last century. Also related to the Irish king Niall of the nine Hostages (who was the Irish equivalent of Genghis and charlemagne-he put it about a bit.)
