The bit of Russia furthest east is called the Chukotka Peninsula. The water between it and Alaska is the Bering Strait.

The most Eastern point of Asia is known as Cape Dezhnev in Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
Here's some info on the Russian town at the eastern-most point of the Asian continent:
The feature of land at the eastern end of Russia is called the Chukchi Peninsula, which reaches beyond the 180 degree line of longitude and into the Western Hemisphere. Cape Dezhnev is the easternmost point on the Russian mainland, at 66 01' N, 169 43' W. However, the easternmost point in Russia is actually Big Diomede Island, at 65 47' N, 169 01' W and only 2.5 miles from its American neighbor, Little Diomede Island. The International Date Line runs inbetween the two islands, both of which are located in the Bering Strait dividing Alaska from Russia.
