Is there any difference betwee asian plumbing pipe size and US plumbing pipe diameter?

Not a good idea!
most of the world uses the metric system for measurement
while the U.S. uses it's own standard. unless you can find a company to provide adapters you will have to stick to what is commonly supplied in your region. and just to ask you a question, where is Mongolia, it doesn't show up on any of my maps?
