I get it that you like Genghis Khan that much and I also respect him, too, but he still was a dictator since he was the one running the empire. It's just that because he succeeded unlike Napoleon and Hitler, he is viewed as sort of a "good" figure in history today.

Ok, so if your question is whether current Indian people are from Mongolia, I do think some of them originates from Mongolia. But people of that region generally have similar cultures, so Indian people are not all from Mongolia, but some are and others may be from…China.
