Not really - first, it's impractical,and second, if you extend the precedent globally,all the Blacks would have to go back to Africa (I don't think Barack Obama and Le Bron James would want to live there), all the Whites from USA, Australia, and New Zealand would have to go back to Europe,most of the population of Britain to Germany, South America to Spain and so on.It's a lofty ideal, but a non starter, really.People are where they are, and should be tolerated by their neighbours and fellow citizens, whatever piece of land they currently inhabit.
