Im sorry while your question looks interesting Im not sure what youre asking.
Do like China did and build a wall to keep everybody else out for centuries. One wall is started with Mexico so why not finish the job and call it The Great USA Wall.
But why you feel yourself bound to stop them if they are forming a union ???
