do u even pay attention in science…a solar clispe happens when the moon is in between the sun and the earth, causing the moon to block the suns light…gosh it doesnt shrink it..how stupid are you ppl. and right now they as in the people are under the umbra so the see a total eclispe where its dark, if ur under the penumbra you seee some affect of the solar eclispe
