What are some common disease in countries like Vietnam (mongolia etc)?

malaria ,chicken box and skin allergy
Hydro-encephalitis. Also known as water on the brain, where the baby's skull fills with fluid which presses on the brain and will kill the child without corrective surgery. They put shunts in to drain the fluid constantly. It can cause a range of physical and intellectual delays.
Also malaria and Hepatitis.
And by the way; Vietnam is nowhere near Mongolia
@EDIT: Sorry, it just sounded that way from your sentence structure. Mongolia has much different disease porblems because the cold there is intense, whereas Vietnam is a tropical country.
Upper respiratory disease is a big killer in Mongolia. Also malnutrition is rife in both countries so there is the dental and bone density problems associated with that in both. Ditto for anaemia and low iron levels.
