If you mean "nicknames" for these nations, I think a sobriquet for Japan is "The Land of the Rising Sun," but that is hardly a "nickname" — it's more like an alternate title.
I don't know of any nicknames or alternate titles in American English for the other nations on your list.
You might want to browse this collection of "slurs" that various people have used to refer to others. These terms would be considered "derogatory" rather than "fond nicknames," however.
I think most of these "slurs" are rare and obscure. For example, I think most people would not know what was meant by the derogatory word "redface" as a name for Albanians. On the other hand, most people would know that "paleface" is an expression supposedly once used by native Americans to refer to Europeans in America.
