What do Hungarians and Turks feel because their Mongolian roots?

I'd say that they accept their roots, but I'm sure they haven't forgotten it. It's a proud heritage, but I can imagine that the are beyond that.
If you read that far, then you know that those Mongoloids, the descendants of the Huns under Attila, invaded France and were finally defeated there. In other words, basically all Modern Europeans have Mongolian ancestors.
So, what is your point?
Turks may have Mongolian ancestors, but their main ancestral roots are from the Tigris-Euphrates River Valley: that's why they are considered part of Arabia. (Old school.)
Why should they necessarily feel anything?
