honestly who could really know that but God. there will the white throne judgement spoken of in Revelation in the end. and as the bible reads that punishment will be eternal. so you can have eternal salvation or eternal judgement. what exactly it will be I dont know but, I choose salvation.

i think that the gov. doesn't do it for pleasure but for justice… if someone kills someone, i think it depends what way he or she killed the person, im pretty sure the govt doesn't kill them for fun, im pretty sure they don't enjoy killing and if it was up to the gov, they would put theme in jail for the rest of their lives, its more cheaper.

Allah SWT the almighty creator of everything says in his glorious Quran:

32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!.[]

33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

34. Except for those who (having fled away and then) came back (as Muslims) with repentance before they fall into your power; in that case, know that Allâh is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful.

35. O you who believe! Do your duty to Allâh and fear Him. Seek the means of approach to Him, and strive hard in His Cause as much as you can. So that you may be successful.[]

36. Verily, those who disbelieve, if they had all that is in the earth, and as much again therewith to ransom themselves thereby from the torment on the Day of Resurrection, it would never be accepted of them, and theirs would be a painful torment.[]

37. They will long to get out of the Fire, but never will they get out therefrom, and theirs will be a lasting torment.

38. Cut off (from the wrist joint) the (right) hand of the thief, male or female, as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allâh. And Allâh is All­Powerful, All­Wise.

39. But whosoever repents after his crime and does righteous good deeds (by obeying Allâh), then verily, Allâh will pardon him (accept his repentance). Verily, Allâh is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful.

40. Know you not that to Allâh (Alone) belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! He punishes whom He wills and He forgives whom He wills. And Allâh is Able to do all things.

I will say this that God (always capital letter) is not a human.
The response of God are really not known, we have a hint of how God has dealt with people on this earth but not how they are dealt with in the other realm.

One person or a million what is the difference. Sin is disobedience to God. Thou shall not murder.

When you disobey God you suffer. How, who knows? Let you imagination roam, but whatever you think may not apply to God. We are asked to act like God, in love, God does not act like us.

You're right. Even after death they need to be revived to life and to be hanged again and again. But I think a very large part of blame should go to people who made them possible and made them what they are.
