Rove is no more evil than the people who market all sort of products to the public without caring whether they are good or bad. It is Bush that took the oath as president, and made the decisions and is responsible for the result of his years in office. Blaming Rove or Cheney or anyone else for giving him bad advice is a cop out. Bush chose who's advice to listen to and act on.
