Which is the worst country in the whole of human history?

Hmm, I think it's safe to say it's not Canada. LOL.
P.S XXBrooke… Those psychos are called Republicans, and yes, we in the US don't really like them, but that doesn't mean we are the worst country.

USA has a lot of physco's living in it, but it's probably not the WORST country…
to US (people living in america) it might be the worst country, but it has to be like…. iraq or something…. mabe even mongolia
Prob. Germany in WW2 (War Crimes, death camps etc).
But as a % of the population at the time in history, I would guess Roman's or the Egyptians slave camps.

Though crime is quite high in America, as its a fairly young country, So its total numbers through out history must be quite low.

i like the way you put united kingdom first lol, even tho we been bombed by asians lol so i dnt think tht would count to the united kingdom lol as for usa, twin towers (9/11) was the asians again lol so not there fault, so i would have to say it was he continent asia that has the most shit happening

Countries are a relatively new concoction, before it was kingdoms, empires, city-states, etc…
I think if it is the number of deaths you are looking for as criteria for "worst", then China has to be a main contender. Throughout this countries long history the number of deaths through war and execution is realy staggering. From the days of the mongol invasions to Mao's cultural revolution and the Korean war, the numbers are in the billions.
The 19th century Taiping Rebellion alone is said to have reulted in losses greater than the total death toll from World War II.
Please note, I like China, and do not think it the "worst" country in the world, but feel it must meet the criteria suggested in your question.
China - 100 million+ people died,or went missing during the Mao era alone! That doesn't include wars.
