well I've never heard of your personal favorites, but it's your birthday go where ya' want to. I prefer Cheddar's because the have great food, and very inexpensive for the amount you receive.
Out of your list I like Pappadeaux's for more affiance. I would pick Red Lobster, cause I love their cheese biscuits!
Have a good b-day!

Out of your list, I have only been to Olive Garden, and I am not a fan of Olive Garden.

Olive Garden! (i actually went there today) im part italian and ive loved everything ive gotten there. the breadsticks are awesome and the salad as well. i havent tried the soups tho. its kind of expensive but you get your moneys worth..

i havent been to any of the other resturaunts except:
bjs which was pretty good i think but i forgot what i ordered but i remember it was huge and nice looking
pappadeux which i dont like because they had things i find gross like raw oysters and things like that. i did like the fried? aligator tho. tastes like chicken.. literally. and that also has a nice environment
and red lobster which has awesome apetizer biscuit things
if you love seafood pappadeux or red lobster would be a good choice.

i havent been to the two you want to go to so i cant tell you to go or not to go but if thats what your heart is set on then go for it! but i'm still going with Olive Garden! happy early birthday and i hope its a good one :)

PF Chang's is really good. There's a lot of variety on the menu, and everything I have had there was excellent. It is pricey, though.

Mimi's is also delicious - sort of New Orleans/French cooking. They have especially good desserts. It is also fairly expensive.

If you are a picky eater, read the menu carefully, and ask your server lots of questions. Order things how you want them - restaurants are happy to do what they can to satisfy their customers.

Good luck and happy birthday!

Here is my two cents on your choices

- BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse: Good food, wide variety in the menu
- Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen: New place, large portions
- Bone Daddy's: Pretty good BBQ, attractive waitesses
- Bravo! Cucina Italiana: never been
- Fish City Grill: never been
- Genghis Grill: Been several times, the cooks seems to drown out the flavors .
- Gloria's: personal fave, Tex-mex + El Salvadoran choices, free black bean dip with chips & salsa
- Hoffbrau Steaks: haven't been been in a while, very average steak joint
- Houlihan's: never been
- Mimi's Cafe: only been there for breakfast, which are real good
- P.F. Chang's China Bistro: chinese food for people who are more interested in decor than food.
- Rally House: never been
- Rock Fish: great seafood, great daily chef specials
- Red Lobster: avoid this place.
- Olive Garden: avoid this place too.
- Pappadeux: good food but pricey, huge portions

If had to pick from this list, I would narrow it down to Glorias, Rockfish, & Bone Daddy's
