Which place is the world's best kept secret?
hakunamatata asked:
People will always have when they go to Paris and New York and all those cities? we all know, we are overloaded and really not that big. I think that Mongolia is quite scenic, but perhaps anyone has a better idea? Know, like taking the path not found or something.

Try going out of the country. I went to Curacao, which is right near Aruba. Its not nearly as commercial (not overly Americanized), and the people and the areas are beautiful. Most people recognize the Island of Aruba, but hardly ever heard of Curacao.
I'd imagine if it was the world's best kept secret nobody would know and if they did they wouldn't tell you. How about Madagascar or the Samoan Islands?
It's a SECRET dummy.
The British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. The currency is U.S., and the language is English. The beaches are never crowded.(There are a couple of beaches crowed on cruise ship days, but only a couple.) I never found so many secluded beaches. The weather is perfect, the view is gorgeous beyond words and the people are very friendly. The beauty of the sunrise and sunset will bring tears to your eyes. Sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving (clear down to 40 ft. and below) swimming is without equal.
Caribbean (Curacao, Dominica)
Italy (Amalfi Coast)
Greece (Corfu)
These places are scenic and interesting.
