Not all migrations from Central to Eastern Asia had the Mongoloid gene. It wasn't a requirement, and it was before there were Passports. The Ainu of Northern Japan clearly have some Caucasoid genes from which red-hair and freckles is more common.
Even some Africans have red hair and freckles, which can be traced to the Albino gene.
