Many want to take over the world though it may be not a work by a single person and the use of violent action. An example of this is a country making one country do want they want by providing loan,assistant and others. They not literally taking over that country but they can make them do what they want.

Look @ Roman Emperior Nero,King Drakula,Napoleon,Alexander The Great,Roman Emperior Cesar,Stalin,hitler,Saddam Hussien,Gorge Washington,Ghandi,Kim Jong'Il 2, & the Congos Empire. All those politicians & warriors are good & evil & history will always repeats itself.
